Techinque in IPOs

If want, can try placement shares, more chances. For IPO, if one can apply for a high amount but no one had applied for that same number (e.g 501 lots), then chances are very high.

Dear all, just wondering if there is a special techinque in applying and getting IPOs. Cos I always get refunded for all my applications so far Or is it just like lottery 'heng heng' get if not kana makan? Haha .
