0608 GMT [Dow Jones] NEW LISTING: China Energy ( A0G.SG) +14.4% at S$0.95 in heavy volume but off day's high of S$1.07. While stock may struggle to close above S$1 today, trader says it has potential to hit S$1.50 in medium term; "the fall from the intraday high is because of profit-taking by short-term investors, not so much due to fundamentals. Fundamentally, energy counters are good counters. Now is also a good period to list as most IPOs are still doing fine. It's not difficult to support this kind of counter." S$0.94- 0.97 trading band tipped for now as orders mostly in that range. (FKH)

gray mky price of 1-1.1; i doubt it can achieve that. this counter can be compared to jiutian which is right now trading @ $0.99 with a PE of 20++. it was IPO @ $0.29

China energy @ 83(higher end pricing) has a PE of aroun 22-24, so the upside to this counter is limited. This is purely my comments.
