It's current price is still ~20% undervalued compared to it's NTA.
Market cap still 20% discount to the value of UE Sq with about 4.5% dividend, think the price is well supported.
With IRs/MBFC and many more properties coming up, think this counter could be a runner next year.

Press release (after market close) that sale of UE Tech Park @ Pandan Crescent added a mere 1c to NTA ($2.65) was a big disappointment. UE had risen from $2.08 to a high of $2.30 in the past couple of days in anticipation of good news. When mkt open today, UE may plunge to $2.08 (from yesterday's close $2.27). Any comment.
