Eastgate Technology Ltd. announced that SinHong Hardware Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has granted an option to purchase a leasehold property located at 2 Kwong Min Road Singapore 628705 which has been accepted by Pay Ah Heng Contractor Pte Ltd on 26 August 2011.

So the share price at Sgd. 0.005 is too much expensive then, as you said the company is worth 15 cents so the NAV of the company roughtly is Sgd. 0.15 divided by total number of shares equal to Sgd. 0.00000000. . . . . almost Sgd. 0.-
So, I prefer MDR to EASTGATE definitely!

Some ppl selling cos they got the rights at 0.002 ....If you want to buy this counter, must be prepared to hold long...really looooo...ng. Any way there is nothing much to loose...the next bid already make $$.

After monitoring the past few days, can only see people selling ! Wondering it is worth to buy ???
Shareinvestor Association of Singapore (SIAS) rated it as 15 cents. They are buying a hardware trading company for if I am not mistaken for $18 mil, so should be ok

1cts or 1.5 cts? company no business now except renting out its premises....last yr issued rights to raise $1million. now want to raise 10million..somemore still under watch list. rather put my cash in other counters
