High Court of the Republic of Singapore to place the Company under
judicial management. It is proposed in the Application that Mr. Seshadri
Rajagopalan and Ms. Ee Meng Yen Angela, of Ernst & Young LLP, be
appointed as the judicial managers of the Company. In view of the
irregularities uncovered by Stone Forest Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd as
set out in their report, the suits by Koninklijke Philips Electronic N.
V. and KBC Bank N. V. Singapore respectively, the efforts by Liu Fusheng
to convene an extraordinary general meeting as previously disclosed in
various announcements made by the Company, and the current state of
affairs of the Company, the Board is of the view that placing the
Company under judicial management will be in the best interest of all
stakeholders, in particular, its shareholders and creditors...
