Perhaps we can just look at it this way...
couldn't it be possible that the market is only half-way there (and vice versa, of course)?
No one can see the future, regardless of what you choose to believe in. Our views are at best just an opinion, and usually a prejudiced opinion. And to lament at the state of things is not the best thing one can do. Just my two dimes' worth..
