Europtronic Group Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Europtronic Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd has entered into a sale and purchase agreement on 21 September 2011 for the sale of a factory building at Block 19, 8/F South, Shatoujiao Free Trade Zone, Shenzhen, in the People's Republic of China to the Purchaser. Europtronic Shenzhen has agreed to sell the Property and the Purchaser has agreed to purchase the Property for a consideration of RMB7.17 million (approximately S$1.36 million). I beo them since their Rs liao.. about 0.025 -0.03.. if last wk can get at 0.025 but i see like total no interest. so i waited until today saw it at top 30 vol.. den mai tu liao go in.. BB trap anot i duno la.. punt with small amt only. up 1 cts enough for me to go hk holiday for free liao.

Europtronic is the latest company to enter the environmental services field with ventures into jatropha and solar power, it revealed.
The firm said it is acquiring China-based Dinghan Biotechnology via a US$6m new share issue. Dinghan grows high-yielding jatropha seedlings for sale to plantations. Its jatropha seedlings are high-yielding, with mature plants able to yield fruit with oil content of over 55%, compared with the typical 40%, said Justin Huang, CEO of Europtronics.
If a hectare of land is planted in 3m by 3m rows, for about 2,500 high-yielding seedlings in total, the seed yield per ha would be about 12,500 kg, compared with 7,400 kg normally, he said.
Dinghan plans to mass-clone and sell the seedlings to plantations, or biodiesel companies, said Mr Huang.
However, when asked if he expects concrete deals to flow in, Mr Huang said the company is 'at the very beginning stage'.
Since this kind of activity (green activity) is apparently the current rage, and possibly the next big thing, it looks attractive enough. to be in for the longer term. After all, in the stock market, investors normally buy a story, and when they buy a story (ie. in this case, the solar power story), the price goes up and up.
Another company jumping on the solar bandwagon.
Europtronics wish to inform that it is in preliminary discussions with Millennium Communication Co., Ltd (M-Com), in respect of a potential investment in M-Com, details of which have not been finalised.
M-Com, a company incorporated in Taiwan, is engaged in the business of producing solar cell related products.
The Company will make further announcement as and when appropriate. In the meantime, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.

Vol is appearing at this counter....support at .145c.
Should be moving this few days as 1 of the tech laggard tat been hibernating for 2 wks.

share price and volume picking up already and eucon share price is now 0.245.
It is giving away inspecie divd on the basic 200 shares of Eucon (at 0.245 now) of every 1,000 Europtronic shares. Good Luck to all.
