Parent of newly listed Texchem-PackHoldings plans to list two more of its business divisions on the SGX.
Texchem Resouces' Chairman and CEO Datuk Seri Fumihiko Konishi said in a press conference that the group's family care division is expected to list on the SGX in 2008.
He added that they also would like to list their food division which handles two companies involved in seafood-related operations on the SGX.
The group has five business divisions - family care, food, industrial, packaging and venture.

Even Li Ka Shing, the HK multi-billionaire cannot NOT always be right in his decision making. He has lost heavily by buying his Costa De Sol (facing East Coast Park) condo site at a record high price for a 99-year site in Singapore.. Held onto the condos for at least three years, now cutting loss by selling at a discounted price. U r still "very sharp" - make kopi $$$ most of the time; most impt overall P&L is positive.

Total agreed with you, this are not some blue chips or otherwise, where got so much cash to buy and invest long term ! Now the situation is we do not know hw long can this bull run be going, so my point is not to be greedy, just make profit and run ! Yes, i make some Kopi $$ from here, but lost a bomb in China KangDa. Wish everyone luck and win more, but be careful do not chase after it, if you missed it, wait for the next bus lor !
Knightrider - salute u for being able to make money most of the time juz thro contra playing of IPOs. Could the strong support be due to short sellers queueing up to buy??? They could've reckoned that as it is a "down" day, no harm shorting.. No regret abt making some kopi money. As there are many IPOs, how can there be that many "long-term" investors. Alas, there are too many contra players!!

Got 2 lots from IPO. Bought some more at 43 cents. Sold all at 45.5 cents. Make some kopi $$$ ...
