
Thai army chief gets king's endorsement
AP - 1 hour, 22 minutes agoBANGKOK, Thailand - The army commander who seized Thailand's government in a quick, bloodless coup pledged Wednesday to hold elections by October 2007, and received a ringing endorsement from the country's revered king. Gen. Sondhi Boonyaratkalin (below pix) also hinted that ousted Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra may face prosecution.
The US Fed's meeting tonite at 2.15am on an expected rate pause will cheer STI tomorrow ... US market having a pre-Fed rally now!

yah.... start doing home work 1st, px that has gone down due to coup in Thai can pick up again but it will be a while later before px rise again.
Be more optimistic, if prices starts to fall temporary for the time being, which i think most likely it will, isnt it a good time to grab some counters and hold them till it goes back up again?
It is not going away the next few days so is PM the care taker of Thai. not good for STI either, too near for comfort.
Just hope the instability in Thailand doesn't spill over to the region.
Don't be so pessimistic.. Thailand is not that big an economy to affect too many people. People made money over the pass few days definitely some will take profits. It will be better later
