Boosted Nightborne Suramar Issue

Hii..

Flying to the appropriate spot leads me to an empty cave, going into the nighthold portal lead me to Thalyssra but I can' t turn it in there, tried doing the breadcrumb for new Nightborn going to org, now I' m trying the falling star quest which was the only thing Khadgar had for me in Dal. 

Please help.

I didn' t find the right solution from the Internet.
