TA charts look bearish with Acc/Dist and Chaikin heading southwards.
Enbloc sales is cooling....but the HDB sellers are still asking for ridiculous cash over valuation.

SINGAPORE (XFN-ASIA) - Allgreen Properties Ltd said it is buying Hup Cheong
Mansions for 24 mln sgd.
The 999-year leasehold property that sits on a 2,827.9 square meter site on Mar
Thorma Road will
be redeveloped into a residential condominium with 75 units of 110 square meters
each, it said.

The signals hasn't changed all that much... but it has turned slightly more positive. But wait a while more.
my short term target is $2.00.
Ho bee, mcl land, wing tai all $2.00 above. this one catching up soon.

Watch out for Allgreen! Heavy buying at closing at 1.80...Going to move and head for 1.90 real soon...Just my opinion...cheers

the reason why this counter will be more volatile than Ho Bee is the fact it has 4 Warrants issued on it.
so the BB loves going up and down with it.
another difference with Ho Bee is it has twice the number of shares as Ho Bee so its EPS will always be lower than Ho Bee's.
my personal opinion is it tried to break 1.9 twice but failed, so it might just trade between 1.7 and 1.8
for one or two months .
earliest expiring Warrant is in july
the real action might start only in june unless Allgreen comes out with another launch before that.
just sold out and will enter when i feel market correction is over or if i have funds to tahan.

Price slides, but vol is still good. A good time to accumulate.

Today run up to the sky... reached 1.84 and then settled at 1.81. overall +6cents....

hi, anyone has any opinion whether AG has any further upside to 1.7++ ?
if you play AG now, you might possibly have an upside still.... (to the last closing of 1.72). btwn AG and HB i take HB tho.
need to be very careful tho. investors still jittery. markets rebounded in morning but forced margin, profit taking and all coming in now. expecting market to close flat.
if this conts next few days be prep correction is here liao. might be better putting into the good blues. the 10c or whatever upside might perhaps not be worth the risk....(haven't seen TA yet tho.). shanghai turning back down again.
