Generally Low volume... not too good for TA
However, the bollinger bands are really tight... I think its undergoing explosive price change now. Probably heading north very fast.

Proposing Cash Dvidend of 0.1375 plus rights offer of 1 for 1 @ $0.11 EGM on 18 Sep to approve the above.
Going thru the Half year financial statement announcment, there is retained profits of abt $20m. NAV is 46.9cents
In your opinion, how is this company fairing.... Is it a good buy? What is the TA and FA position.... tks.
