It has been quiet for weeks, but this two days the 0.023 has been bgt up, although is just a few million share but in term of the low vol of this counter a few million mean some thing..!

  I'm hoping the MOU that they sign with Renshou County (PRC) dated 6 May 2013 turn into contract soon..!!!

This is not a buy call..!!!
