DRAGON AND ASTI related group of companies....

CO has proposed to dispose 30m shares at $0.11 each in Dragon Group International, reducing its' stake to 44.54% from 53.91%. The purchasers are namely: Asdew Acquisitions (4m shares) Warrior First Investment Corp (15m shares) and STF Investments Ltd (11m shares).
