Further to the Previous Placement Announcements, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to

announce that the 41,000,000 New Shares have on 20 August 2013 been allotted and issued to the

Lender in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Share Lending Agreement. The 41,000,000

New Shares will be listed and quoted on the Official List of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 22

August 2013.

 

 

Based on the announcement on 18 june 2013.... 

  In connection with the Placement, the Company has also as at the date of this 

Announcement entered into a share lending agreement (?Share Lending Agreement?) with 

Mr. Su Ming Tong (the ?Lender?) to facilitate the delivery of the Placement Shares to the 

Investors whereby the Lender would lend to the Company 41,000,000 Shares (?Loan 

Shares?), being such number of Shares equivalent to the aggregate number of Placement 

Shares.

 

The director had lent out his shares to the placees, and the placees had already dumped the shares in the open market then. So the question now is, when will the director ask the placees to return the shares to him , if so, we should be expecting an upside to come.. 

 

So the person who subscribe placement share to pay for 0.11 is made the wrong decision ?
But at less people who buy 0.08++ is more lucky than them.

 

The placement were done when the shares trading at 0.12
