Does any expert here know how the first trade (9am) of the selling & buying price being determine? Thks.

 

Hi, does anybody know every morning how the selling & buying price are determined? I have been in the stock market for some time. But shame to say that I don't konw about it. Anyone expert can tell me? Thks.
