But you still make money correct?...better than bank interest for the same period one hold the share...New IPO reit  alway give investors a chance to run ....because many BB's are  inside buying too! quite safe following BB lah... keep the money in the bank where got 5.57% interest? For those not spectculating share holders, just for interest/div type.
