A bright growth path with WEIYE HOLDING LTD.

Problem is that Weiye is a smaller company compared to Ying Li.  

The comfortable thing to note is that majority of the shares are held in the   boss's hands. So will have less play.   But if there is play, it will go up very fast and high, I think.

Weiye stubbornly refuses to match its own NAV of more than 8 cents. Lingering on ard 5 cents.   Bad boy. Wahahaha!!!

 

Overtime will Weiye grow into a Yanlord?   Or at least a YingLi? Don't forget a penny can grow into a blue or at least a mid when it sprout its wings properly.   Cheers.

I have huge paper loss in this counter.

 

Weiye is spooked by 2 married deal [29m shares] @ 5.5cts this morning. At 5.6 cts, it is good entry price in view that it is delivering  a positive net positive of S$8m in 4Q2012, and it is also booking a profit of $10.8m in selling a small piece of land in Henan in Jan 2013. Revenue / profit from earlier home sales should be booked by 2013 as some of its projects will reach TOP in Jun and Dec 2013.
