1) return to investor - unlikely, they jus ask for money from them

2) Pay their top management - maybe

3) reduce debt - mostly likely since the fund raising dun seems to work well

4) Maybe for investment which was plan to happen if the right fund raising was successful?

let's wait and see how things progress

Ltd, (?Guiyang Shunhe?), has in the month of November 2013, delivered and handed 
over 7,416 square metres of commercial units in its development project known as 
Xiao Cheng Gu Shi in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, People's Republic of China 
(" PRC" ). Guiyang Shunhe will record revenue of approximately RMB36.0 million 
from the sale and this is expected to contribute positively to the Company?s

As of current market movement, this US new DJ point hit, is just a normal and gradual growth. 

The current market is still going to head northwards. ( Source : Bank owner < - with more than a good 40% stake in a bank )

The way BB play this stock market, is not something anyone can predict. Charts can be drawn by any BB. 

Today cedar can be super bearish... tomorrow, cedar can be trading at 11/12 again, if retailers are joining in... this can go up to 13/14 and everyone will be a god in this forum claiming that they predicted this only to see this counter slowly going back to 4/5 :D.

P.S. if you are management of hwa cheng, will you want to RTO something like this company or look for new one? < -- purely biz maker thinking.

When US economy starts to inflate till a point where keeping the dollar is pointless, everyone will turn to RMB.

SGD will also be affected when that happens and RMB will rise against SGD.

Cedar will definitely be affected when that happens when economy have such changes. Things should be good next year for cedar base on tapering in US and bearish sentiments in Singapore.


Just what I feel. Cedar is for long term. Not for punt. The RTO with hwa Cheng can still be open up. There's a 1 year window period. When they go through the RTO again, this counter should run up again to at least 15. That's 200% ROI. How much more can this counter lose? If drop to 0.001, we all can bravely load whatever we can. Cos it's 1500% ROI. Go read the terms and condition. The RTO option is seriously still opened.

Coming Monday will decide whether can go back to 1/2 cents  (Right share can trade already) or slowly go to Digiland price...

few reason why it was so low,

1) 3rd time they are doing this, last 2x investment return was bad

2) 0.005 cent to subscript dun justify with the mother  share price which is oso 0.005, if I am interested, I might jus as well buy from market where it's immediately for sale/profit if mother share rally up

3) Investment into property in China might give big return, nevertheless property price already quite high and Cedar is more like following the big guy out there. If the property is good Cedar will have a chance in bidding it?

confident level seems low, especially those major share holders can easily put up subscriptions of all excess rights

Although I am vested and holding since jade, I am not confident in china's property investment as we can see those owner are holding up a chopper waiting for Cedar to come, in the end it will be like pay more take less business deal. Positive result will be longer unless it happen coincide with their government's development plans.

Will only load more until I see positive sign in their revenue return / area of investment. I feel that maybe they should find co-investment with some property developer and start their investment in developing countries in Asia rather than chasing to have a bite in China

It all depend how the management, how to provide solid revenue /profit from the property over this 1-2 years.

 

We all know that property only convert to revenue upon rental/sale. So far the rental income not even enough to break even the $$ spend.

Investor are further lack of confident as PRC, the real revenue only convert upon complete of sale, the so call deposit, buyer can request for full refund if they decided to move to somewhere else (that how doing business in PRC is tough)

  From what I know they spend more than 1 million just to travel and spend in business talks. --- do they spend on their own enjoyment? haha. really dunno. it is a like a startup business. Hope they  really  prudence in what they spend and pray that they have the shareholder in mind. not just taking shareholder money for own enjoyment.

LOL!! I think penny rally should be coming. This one is seriously undervalue. 

 

Go to cedar website. See their new acquisition. Its worth so much and cedar is now trading so low. Support at 4 so strong. No one sell to 4. This is a good news. If BB seriously come and buy up 5, the limited float available in cedar would chiong it up quite high.

 

But then again, that's what I feel. Dont take my word for it. DYODD. I'm vested and I might be bias.
