The manager of Cambridge Industrial Trust (CIT), said it has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with HG Metal Manufacturing in connection with the proposed acquisition of the property located at 15 Jurong Port Road Singapore 619119 for a purchase consideration of $43 million.
