Not really.The reason for the selling.Theres is one rather very large batch of warrants expiring.
People are just converting then selling them as shares.
But no one takes into account .How much the company earns when it issue at a much higher price.
Exercise price is 17 Cents.
This leads to the unjustified drop in share price as there are more temporarily sellers than buyers. But company cash value goes higher due to the cash received from these warrants which is not shown in the demand and supply curve.
Therefore simply put it.Buy as warrants will give the company A HUGE CASH balance upon expiry. Most investors dont know.
