this counter purely for trading in my view... not for holding long term... by the way, i already sold off before qe unlimited announced for a quick gain... good luck if you want to jump in now... my view is.wait for volume increase before jumping in

I dont think i agree with risktaker, if they manage to get funding for the big box thing , they will thrive. that piece of land is an excellat location plus the surrounding malls are all price at very nice premium, If TT owns a chunk of the big box, which I heard they have to if they want to develop this place, its going to help their restructuring and definitely will jack up the share price.
I have hear they are close to getting money from some investors,

If I am correct even if they
Manage to sell the land..... Thier NAV may not even be positive ......
1) total assets - 278,527,000
2) total liabilities - 385,241,000
3) they need to pay 24,000,000 within 1 year.
4) they loss 7,685,000 last qtr
Lets say even they manage to built the shoebox they can only recover 95million dollar ..... Which is still negative NAV
........
They are losing millions monthly shoe box project called off as of now..... Rumours are speculating that new deals are coming ...... Given the current economy ..... I strongly feel that TT int is going down ...... Soon ...... Beware ...... This coy is worthless ...... And it's trading at a premium of 12 cents ?? It's crazy ...... Do not touch .....

price pattern looks good with volume. fraud or not, i dont know... anyway my stop is at 0.120... holding 500 lots average price at 0.110... good luck.

Land is scare in Singapore. I believe they can find another invester easily for the big box.
There will be interested takers out there.

In fact, come to think of it, those people who sell trading course saying trading is easy, even without knowledge also can, are no much better than those who anyhow call stock buy and sell over here.
I prefer people to any how call buy and sell over here than those claim that trading is easy, At least, I can come and scold him if i lose, but for them i keep quiet after spending 3k for nothing, because of my ego, Pai Sai, don't tell anyone I was con of 3k for nothing, Their trading is the sane thing that call you to cut loss when the trade is wrong. I learn this from one of them, who attended their courses.

I work there, I know, I suggest you should not read those advertisement in paper saying that buying stock is easy, just spend a few K and join them for 2 to 3 days classes and u start to make thousand trading. If they are so smart, they would themselves make lot of money, why should they want to make a few k from you, just trade will be enough, and soon they will be as rich as Warren Buffet. Why go to the the trouble to set up office and hire instructor? They claim because of their passion to teach and to part knowledge to people. It as bullshit as Victor, or iknow or Tan C.
I know some of them complain about these sale gimmick about stock trading course they attended, when they attended the courses at SGX. They paid 3k for them only to follow a software. Some of them did not make noise because of ego. Pai Say and Lao Kui.
My sincere suggeston is that we invest some money for knowledge, which is useful. I benefited form them, why not you? Investment is not just read and google on line, or worse listen to call, it is much better if we can learn on the spot form expert.
I know it is expensive, but look at the long run ,you gain, you no longer throw your money to the wind, or listen ti iknow,u know, or Tan Chong Wee, or Victor or whatever. Go and check it out, donlt delay, Time wait for no one.
