Have anyone received the Rights Offer Information Statement or any other documents to pay for the rights already?

 

Sorry...I meant pay the 0.05c for the rights to get the mother shares...I hope I dont sound confusing....Hahaha

 

I prefer to keep the mother shares and buy the rights, it is one for one. Can make more money when the rights expires:)

 

If u bought before x date, you should be entitled to the rights...you can either sell the rights or pay for the rights.

if you have not bought before x-date, you can always do so during this period,  ask your broker and make sure u exercise.

hi doufei and winniethepooh,   there is a corporate action ex on 3 May 13, that why the price reacted to it. XR ( ex right issues).

the rights is priced at 0.05cts..and the rights will be traded on the exchange...thereafter if you subscribe for the rights and hold it till it becomes ordinary share, you can lump it with your existing share... the purposes of the rights issue is to develop another wing - property development in China, together with Lippo group....

 

 

The price drop so much during opening. Anyone know the reason?
