DMA CFD verses SBL

Hi Seniors, Masters, Veterans, & Sifu...

I ask my peom broker about opening a DMA CFD account as what I had with MF global, however, he advised me to open the SBL instead.  He did not explained much about the different in details but  was not keen to give me a DMA CFD.    In view of shorting when the market is downtrend, please advise which broker would be good for a DMA CFD account.  All comments and advise are appreciated and if you do know of a reliable broker, appreciate your recommendation too.
