this company looks good.
i mean its a real estate company. which kinda means it hardly goes out of business.
but then again for 0.28/share is quite expensive considering far east is selling for 0.26
i might be wrong though
To stake holders, vested BBs - placement shr is good. Good for a STAG.
Construction stk, company is in good hands, but stk is of different stories. Betting, perhap gambling, speculating, taking risk to punt, cutting losses / profit on each and every trading day available.
