Crumbs, PSC is not involve in construction what you are mentioning should be PDC, which is in consumer, packaging and healthcare industries.

As most penny stock have "cheong", This one have been sitting around 7.5 to 8.5 for quite sometime and their result is good and they give out divident, chances of this being pick for the movement will be high. Low value stock is mainly on holding power and risk management. So those with high blood pressure please keep out.

 

Sporeguy is right... TA will be highly inaccurate on this counter because of low volumes.

 

Besides PSC, what do you think of BBR, Yong Nam, Hiap Hoe and Sapphire?  Have read a lot of posts on the above few construction and property related counters, although they are more the penny stocks and not blue chip counters.

 

TA is of no use to this counter. Decreasing vol. flutuate between 7.5c to 8.5c. No idea of its FA, unless got special info, can froget this counter.
