Yes, I was looking at this counter last week....was quite impressed with its track record.



Good FA....but perhaps lack of interest due to liquidity? The CEO and his family controls about 75% of the shares.



Its definitely on my radar screen.....and will consider it when I realign my portfolio.

Zagro Asia - Looking into expansion

Zagro Asia is looking into expansion and might buy companies that will complement its current business.

FY 2006 revenue was up 14% to S$97.3 mln, thanks to sales of crop care products, favourable weather and growth in animal care.

Net profit was up 37% to S$4.6 mln, due to more sales.

Its business generated S$10.9 mln in cash from operations, compared to S$6.8 mln last year.

It will be paying a dividend of 1 cent per share.

It last traded at S$0.19, down 2.5 cents.

 

Don't know when will wake up.....

Thinking of to sell off on hand shares.

 

Volumes are really terrible on this counter... TA people should stay away.
