did it listed in Hongkong just recently ?
Now taiwan, later ADR ?
If a company is good , why need to list in so many market ?
It may , be trying to look which market offer best appreciation of its stock price and delist from rest of them and finally listed in a place where it offers best share price.
But keeping hoping to list in multiple market is not a very good sign though the outset seems good.
Singapore HongKong now Taiwan. Perhaps later Shanghai :)
But then of all, TDR - makes no difference locally. But may be news might generate some fresh interest for price move and oppotunity to sell. Once listed in TDR, will fall and the price over at Taiwan is independant from local. And you can't sell in Taiwan unless there is a bulk preagreed transfer to sell off. But that will incurr quite a bit of adminsitrative cost and the price to be sold is never known untill done. a little suspense. Not a good feeling not knwoing how much you can fethch with your holding. Its either very small profits or even a small lost. Its not worth the trouble Really.
Singapore-listed mobile handset firm Z-Obee Holdings said on Friday it is expected to list 80 million units of Taiwan Depository Receipts, each representing one share, on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on November 22. The offer price is estimated to be NT$10-NT$12 per share.
You guys probably read this over the weekend but in case you missed this. Dual listing finally happening. TDR to be launched tomorrow. Indicative price between S$0.42 and S$0.51.
Note, been hanging on to 0.37 last week even after big sell-down so could news have been leaked ? Hopefully this will mean next week chong ?
Good luck all.
