Just don't understand very frequently someone will snap up the shares at closing with few bit up, was it short sellers who need to cover positions ?

Yanlord made 810m for the last 3Q and the SEPS for the first 9 months should be RMB 41.5 cents, but their financial statement only stated RMB19.50 cents.

Yanlord: 3Q13 net profit slumped 15% to Rmb306.7m despite a 40% surge in revenue to Rmb3.5b, as a result of lower other operating income, which includes fair value gain on assets, foreign exchange gains, interest income, government subsidies, waiver of interest expense and net gain on disposal of available-for-sale investments. In addition, finance cost spiked 22% due to an increase in interest expense incurred on investment properties, as well as the issuance of the Rmb2b 5.375% senior notes in May '13. Yanlord recorded a net debt to equity at 40.2%. The higher top line was largely due to higher achieved ASP arising from the inclusion of Yanlord Sunland Gardens (Phase 1) and higher gfa delivered in the quarter. Group remains confident about the long term potential of the China real estate sector driven by the sustainable development of the economy.
Wah....good profit. At normal situation this one should be flying but this year is strange....still quiet. My 2 cents

3Q made 566M with only 12.6 m other operating profit as compared to 173m previous corresponding year.
Net margin also improved due to better selling prices..
Still in slumber land ? 3Q result to be released today.

Bought 85,0000 shares @1.225 today. Counter party sellers were mainly from BnP. They sold many 2 lots every few minutes , and also one lot few minutes interval also. Why BnP chose not to sell more lots instead of 2 lots or 1 lot , and spread over more than 45 minutes to sell these 85 lots to me ?
Still feel safer vesting in stocks that PL vested. So between this and YingLi, I prefer this. Earlier of the yr, it went to $1.60+.....so if it does drops, I'll buy more on dips. The bigger the fall....the more I vest. :)
