New contract no announcement at SGX and no strenght ?
BUT have noticed that its always like that . Than it will shoot up few steps.
The chairman recently said. Made a mistake by signing too many option to buy more at discount price. or same price. when the rate goes up, the customer uses their option to save. So they likely to allow options but at prevailing market rate :)
Option is a commitment for the company but for the customers its just an option they can evoke or don't want if the cost is higher.
Customer can exercise their option. Shipyard cannot reject if customers decides to use thir optional rights to re-order at special price.
It becomes one sided. :)

Recently, Klaveness of Norway is said to have placed an order together with Tufton Oceanic for two 82,000 dwt bulkers at Chinese large private-owned shipbuilder Yangzijiang Shipbuilding.
This newbuilding project includes additional options and Klaveness is known as booking the second Kamsarmax bulker order at the Chinese builder this time.
One of the two bulker newbuilds is supposed to be purchased by Tufton. The two companies are planning to jointly operate the two bulkers.

At the last seconds. Some one decided to take his profits. So it falls back to the square one it started off.
On a bad sti day. with no major good news nor announcement. Status-quo is considered OK OK already :)
I've done a discounted FCF. $1.20 is fair value. However I have to use very strong growth to hit 1.30. Anyone has a different valuation?
Tikam some at 1.16.. Hopefully can see a final push pass 120 to 1.245 before my week is up LOL
