Yzj and cosco still a potential shipping line that worth to monitor... Both yard are now slowly increase their offshore shore business such as building rig....

 

As I said, slowly but surely the YZJ share price will creep up day by day, and ever hardly retracing back!

Not to forget Property business also. Once the economy reverse from its downtrend (maybe 2-3 years down the road), the impact on yzj price appreciation will be huge :)

YZJ is going up nicely.. in fact cosco is not too bad. both can get some dividends of about 2 - 3% which is quite ok compare to Nol.

Yup! 3% is still so much better than bank int of 0.125%..

Still has the potential of capital gains. i think Cosco also can get 2-3%..
