"Wilmar to offer its shares to FFM and/or its subsidiaries in connection with the Acquisitions." Is this an healthy growth on the share ? Good news or bad news ?

dun think biodiesel bubble will break so fast. Coz it takes time to build plants to make ethanol. and also for ethanol to become less cost effective than petrol or diesel, oil price must dip below usd45per barrel.

most impt, it is the US govt pushing for biodiesel which a bill is going to pass to make biodiesel compulsory bu 2010. once the bill is passed, ethanol demand will surely rocketed.Imagine other countries most likely will follow suit for $ and for global warming and pollution. now what u see is just the tip of the iceberg boy.

i suggest u google and research on biodiesel before commenting.

Yes, this biodisel bubble may just burst like the internet bubble years back. Only about future earning.....

 

Let it be, it is a time bomb waiting for explode. Why I say so, because the production is still not in full load and the institute hse already predicted until do not know which year on the bio-diesel product.



Yes, I admit some of the facts is truth, they will be the biggest plantation in the whole region and their cost of labout is the cheapest as compare to our so call high-tech Jurong island. Do your calculation wisely. In Indonesia, everything is cheap, man power, land plus haze (they can send us some each year to lower foreign investment). This are all facts that why others are all banging on this hard. But all has just started, is it ripping fruits yet, no one know ! GoodLuck !!!

 

somebody know the target price for this counter, it seems to move north everyday....up 50% since 3 weeks ago!

Something happening to Wilmar... high volume but no price change. Many lots changing hands.

 

It's not overvalued. Just falling together with oil and palm oil prices.

 

What is considered "mid term" holding for Wilnar shares ?

 

Wilmar is still quite scary to go in bcos commodidities prices is indicating px is sliding and wilmar is now riding on high commodities prices. likely it px may follow to slide as well.
