Volumes are yucky on this one...
Viz Branz is one of the rarely traded stock. 2 things caught my eyes recently.
One is its high net asset value, standing at $0.37 as compared with the last traded price of $0.145. Actually until the last few days, it only traded at $0.125 and much lower for the last year or so.
The second thing is that 2 of the directors are buying. Actually, Chng Beng Beng Ben, who owned 26.42 % as at the end of October, has been buying from time to time for a long time. However, on Novermber 2, another director Yuen San Seng bought 250 lots at an average price of $0.1388 to double his holding to 500 lots. It may not be a lot, but he used to be a seller before.
Today 500 lots were transacted and I would not be surprised that one of them is the buyer.
