Why you should invest in dividend stock using CPF

I have a question about the dividends paid into the CPF OA. Is the dividend that is paid into the CPF OA, liable as a personal income?

The reason is because I had noticed at my IRAS statement, it reflected Singtel dividends as part of my income. Hence, it will add on to my personal income tax despite the fact that dividends paid to the CPF OA is not retreivable.
