So long as Alpha, don't drop more than 2% tonight, more upside to go early next week.

The coal and iron ore demand has been squeezed in last 3 months without much purchase which drive the price down heavily. Now the purchase activity start and coal price will slowly recover. I have same view as you, after this time go up till 10 dollars, it won't go down again unless a big crisis come.

I believe Europe will be better in 2013, US also will be better in 2013 but Japan will die in 2013. Korea, China, Europe and US will take over a lot of industry quota from Japan in 2013.

Khng: Alpha really cheongs a lot....Sad..My Alcoa cannot move up much....But sooner or later, it will cheong as it is a blue chip company...will accumulate more when times come... Be careful...US election coming and the chance for Obama's re-election is high as US jobless rate fell to its lowest in year...Every American will love Obama..(At least most...)... The chance of Republican win is slim as most Americans are  piss off with the 1%....Better switch from coal miners to Alcoa.....

 

 

Alcoa condition is same as Peabody which are 26 dollars and up 8% last night. They are discounted due to poor economic.

But alpha is different. Alpha is gonna attack ed by shortlist and discounted till unreasonable price.

Don't be surprise to see alpha at 25 but Peabody only at 35. The percentage of raising will be different once economy turn better.
