Agreed.  A monk seldom departs from reciting the mantra, nor leave a temple easily.  Likewise, a cook would not refrain from tasting the food he cooks. A leopard will not change its spots.

All these sayings do apply in the market.

How's your China Jinshan?  Still rarely traded, like many of the below 10 cents penny stocks.  Is there anything that could be done?

All sg penny stocks are really stuck as pennies.

I agree with you. But through long term prospective, these intentions have time, price and market mechanism limit and constraint!

FROM A TO Z. All penny stocks are mostly half priced from NAVs. Their listings on SGX serve no purpose at all and it is like this for ages.  Maybe the sole purpose is to allow somebody or some groups to mine cash from them. What do you think?

That is obvious, changing of company name implying new management with corrective management into forces and works!

hmm

asset quality etc?

NAV some more on cash some more on assets.

Must also see their direction of management through their financials as information.

Yo, where got investors dared to buy these stocks? We need change of mindset for those managing the listings of these companies and encourage more activities by them.   Then the market will become fully alive and everyone investing in SGX-ST would have a broad smile on their faces.   But hope only lah.   Lol.
