Shares in Union Steel Holdings, a metal recycling company, hit a 52-week high after it said that three of its directors had agreed to sell 72.2 mln shares to six investors, dealers said.
Union Steel said executive directors Ang Yu Seng, Ang Yew Lai and Ang Yew Chye would sell the shares, equivalent to about 20.8% of the company, to six investors, including Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd's Sam Goi and Super Coffeemix Manufacturing Pte Ltd.
