hi there, just understand from my agent that since it's shares consolidation 30 to 1, and the issued share price will be $0.57.

meaning based on current price 0.032, the share price is 0.032 x 30 = $0.96.  hence the current share price is considered as 'overpriced'.

 

hope the above helps and do correct me if i'm wrong.
