i wonder if now is a good time to start collcting this? can anyone advise?
The stock has run up considerable from 70c to a high of $1 before dropping back to 89c.
Seems like a steep drop back down is probable as volume has decrease drastically.
very volotile. yesterday up. today down a lot. 
From my date of purchase till now, UE E& C has run up significantly. At today's price, there is not much margin of safety left and it is quite fairly valued.
Took profit today and made 31% gains in 2 months. 
Will pick up some more in the future when price goes down. 
In the meantime can look for better companies to invest. Cheers!

Price steadily going up. Very strong accumulation today.

Two developments to be launched in 2H13 With the Ascentia Sky project almost completed, we expect the group to focus more on Austville Residences and Watercolours, which are almost fully sold.
  UE E& C is expected to launch its Prince Charles and Punggol EC projects in 2H13. The Prince Charles project is likely to feature a high-end development and we estimate its break-even price to be around S$1,450 psf. As a comparison, the nearly Echelon condominium is already > 90% sold with median price of ~S$1,650 psf (for Apr-13).
For the Punggol EC, we estimate an average selling price of S$740 psf versus an estimated break-even of S$650 psf.

Are you talking to me? Where did you see cash drop? Do you mean net cash?
 
Anyway, I find UE E& C attractive because unlike other companies in this industry, UE has NET CASH.
Net cash fell debt because of higher debts due to capex.
If you follow the annual reports, the company free cash flow has been consistent and strong. Again, compare it to other companies in the same industry and you will not find these strengths.
Furthermore, the company is new and has great potential to grow. It has a great dividend yield, trades below book value, with high ROE. To me, these are very attractive. 
  I cant tell you how much the share price will be, but hopefully it can rise up to the parent company?  
Don't worry, it is OK , my apology, if u are also not so sure, i am even worse. 
your understanding is greatly appreciated. I have 5 lots of OUE, and 30 lots CNA , got stuck here, because greedy.
I dare not so much buy penny, was burn before to 3k.

projects sold well during the year. 
In May, the Group launched 416-unit 
Watercolours, an EC in Pasir Ris, and 
chalked up sales of over 75% of total 
number of units by December. It also 
managed to sell all the remaining 
units in Austville Residences, an EC in 
Sengkang that was launched in January 
2011.

After much thought, bought 20lots today at 70cents.
Their condos are fully sold so it should bode well for the company. Huat ah!

  it is net cash with a pe of 4!
  can buy at a price of 68c? seems attractive?
