Someone trying to bring down e price again.
just to add....it has cash of ard $60M(42M + another 20M under receivables). that's half the market cap in cash!!! just buy and wait patiently for the projects to launch and sell....very limited downside now.
Top Global what a weird ending today....
The Maison has 175 units for sale....roughly $1400 per sq ft(freehold)....agar agar 1000 sq ft per unit.....how much $$ is that? ard $250M....do u know it's market cap is only $120M+....?!
