there were also many complaints against TA can be found in local newspapers. I have friends told me the same stories...
If you are on an emergency trip, business trip or whatever trip that time is a critical factor, never never never take TA. Unless you have free time and travel as a freeman, by all means take TA to save travelling costs.
Hope that someone here can share their bad experiences too with us..... hv a nice wkend.
I read the complaints at the link http://www.consumeraffairs.com/travel/tiger_direct.html and I was "wah, never ever fly Tiger nor buy Tiger!"
Si be jia lat ! If I already booked hotel which can't be cancel ??? who is going to compensate sianz ??? better avoid cheap airline ....
wah..so bad...
there are tons of complaints against this cheap airlines recently, poor customer service, nobody attend to calls, change flight time as they like without giving notice, cancel flight as they please.... hopeless company.
Sold down yesterday and buy up today?
any hope for a reversal?

Why today dropped so much huh!?
South East Asian Airlines (“SEAIR”) announced that it has become the
first Tiger Airways Partner Airline in the region. SEAIR will operate jet flights
using aircraft leased from Tiger Airways. SEAIR flights to be marketed through
www.tigerairways.com with first route between Clark and Singapore to start on
16 December 2010.

reported 'solid' passenger volumes and load factors in October 2010. For the month of October 2010, Tiger Airways carried 455,000 passengers, an 8 per cent increase compared to October 2009. The average load factor across both airlines in Asia and Australia for the month was at 87 per cent.
