They said they have bought a freehold property @ 6th ave. bukit timah and are going to build bunglows.  Pls. refer to sgx annou.  Great news, but don't know wheather the price should go up so much.  I think tomorrow it will come down.

Yes. This counter does very well. Congrats to those vested. 

 Just, a word of caution with 'Rotary' and Tee relationship.

JOINT VENTURE BETWEEN TEE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED AND ROTARY (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED


Description The Board of TEE International Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Rotary (International) Limited ("Rotary") for the pre-qualification of the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing and Drainage services for the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort project in Singapore.

Rotary has been providing Engineering Services since 1954 and is now one of the largest privately owned Mechanical and Electrical engineering companies in the UK.

ACQUISITION OF FREEHOLD RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY  
 
Description
The Board of Directors of TEE International Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that an offer made by its wholly owned subsidiary, TEE Development Pte Ltd (the "Purchaser") for the purchase of the property at 558 Sixth Avenue Singapore, has been accepted on 21 June 2007. The property will be redeveloped for sales.

The purchase price is S$2,220,000 and in accordance with the terms of purchase, an option money amounting to S$22,200 ("option money") has been paid and a further 4 percent of the purchase price (less the option money) amounting to S$88,800 would be paid by 5 July 2007 to the solicitor for the owner as stakeholders, pending completion of the purchase.
