Technics Oil & Gas Ltd announced that its 51% owned subsidiary, Norr Systems Pte Ltd had on 15 March 2011 subscribed for a 40% equity interest in First Oil Pte Ltd and has incorporated a 60% owned subsidiary in Norr Systems Hydraulics Pte Ltd on 18 March 2011 to expand the group’s businesses into the growing Marine market.
