Tat Hong Holdings Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tat Hong International Pte Ltd which holds 49% interest in ALCII-Tat Hong Joint Venture Co Ltd, has acquired the remaining 51% interest in the capital of ALCII-Tat Hong from Finance Leasing Company II – Vietnam Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development at a consideration sum of VND 22,578,467,390 (approximately US$1.1 million). Following the acquisition, ALCII-Tat Hong has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tat Hong International and renamed “Tat Hong Equipment Co Ltd”.

TA Alert – Tat Hong (15 Feb 2011)
Following various failed retest to overcome the 50-DMA resistance recently, Tat Hong has now initiated a strong bearish break below its $0.90 key support on heavy volume this morning.
Coupled with both the RSI and MACD still retreating steadily at the moment, these suggest that the counter is likely to remain more downside biased moving forward.
As such, should the counter fail to retake the newly established $0.90 key support-turned resistance in the days ahead, we could see it slipping further towards the next key support at $0.74 in the medium term.
