the big question is WHEN can we get our money back?............
digested the information.

apparently LW and his cronies took control of about 70%. 10% of the ppl have already submitted and agreed to the exit offer.
still got 20% never reply anything...
I have not been following up. Anyone care to share if anything is required from us to get back the money? We have already filled up the acceptance of delist offer form already.
I do not understand. What is the 9th Dec 2013 thingy about? I thought we already filled up the two forms --

1. For voting for delisting,
2. And whether to opt for delisting

Thank you very much for u feedback.

Synear is one of those headaches that refuses to go away.

I am actually quite surprised that considering that so many
shareholders are unhappy with the buyout offer, the scheme of
arrangement was still approved at the recent egm.

This is unlike Full Apex where there is a stalemate between the major shareholders and disgruntled minority shareholders.

Hopefully tomorrow don't extend the closing date again!!

Does anyone knows what is going on with Synear?  Already accepted delist offer on 11 sep.  But, until now, no payment from them.  If I know such craps will happens, I would have sold it in the open market and get my money back.
F moron idf early know might as well sell in the open market, commision fees you can shaft it up your ass.
