
It's latest round of financing is a convertible loan at $2.15... So longer term should approach this number.. With this financing we should wait for their next acquisition !
Suntec REIT has a lot of positive going for it. TA wise it is on a uptrend and the sell down last week presented a good entry opportunity. FA wise the asset enhancement initiative that is in progress will add to its attractiveness as a grade A office stöck. Currently there is a shortage of grade A office and suntec REIT is in a sweet spot to take advantage of the market shortage.
Senior listing is very right in saying that the next target is 1.80 since it punched through the 20mA line in a white candle.
Valuation is very attractive now at price/NAV of 0.86. However at $1.81, suntec REIT is at its 52-week high and in uncharted territory.
