looking at the 4qtr result of it's EPS

2010 4qtr                      2001 4qtr

0.30                                      0.80                                        is not good. 4qtr profit is only 2249mil('10) and 5946mil in'09

though cash improved fr 2009 debt of 3.2 mil to 2010 cash of 23mil. perhaps due to improvement in trade receivable from 81mil(as at dec'09) to 71mil(as at dec'10) and the reduced loan from 71mil in '09 to 53mil in '10.

4qtr also face an exchange loss due to US$ and Euro, will this be improve this year, wil these be appreciated this year

noticing that the nos. of shares have increased by 4.88mil shares though.

Just wonder if the biz is going to do better, though cash rich. Is it also why mkt is so cool towards it ,it's still 16cts today.

sure ricky said there is no BB behind but for pure biz prospect is it really exciting.?

Solid set of full year results.   Stock achieved 29% eps growth.   Dividend was increased from 0.4c to 0.6c.   Balance sheet went from net debt of S$3mn to net cash of $23mn.   PE 8.9x.   0.5x book value.  

  But two things worth noting.   If you exclude the fx loss, then eps growth was 40%.   Assuming that the SGD does not appreciate as much against the USD and Euro in 2011, then Sunningdale shouldn't have the S$5mn FX loss.   Adding that back, plus assuming 10% growth for the business, the stock will make 2.6c of earnings, putting it on a PE of 6.1x.   That's cheap for an experienced company like this.  

And secondly, the statement is cautiously bullish.   That has to be a good thing this early in the year. 

 

CIMB Technical Comment

 Historical P/E: 8.2x, P/BV: 0.6x 

• Prices have pulled back to its previous  resistance turned support levels of 

S$0.16-0.175. Yesterday’s move above its 30-day SMA is likely the first sign 

that the next move up is underway. The pick up in trading volume is also a 

welcoming sign.       

• A strong push above the resistance trend line and 200-day SMA at S$0.20 

would confirm that the next move higher is underway. The breakout is likely to 

take prices towards S$0.265-0.27 next, even though S$0.23-0.24 may offer 

some resistance.       

• The stock is a buy now with a stop ticks placed below S$0.175. The rising 

MACD and RSI suggest that the buyers are ready to move prices higher from 

here.

i think it will sideway for a while, currently no BB (or mafia) plays this stock..so will wasting time and $

 

Hi anyone has any idea about this company?Seems the share price is under value....NAV is more than 30cts, 12cts more than current share price....any comments why is it like that?

Result good also no use... people not playing at this counter..

Many counters also provide good result.. hahaha...  but all almost like

this counter.. dead fish

From the balance sheet, the net asset value per ordinary share is $0.33 and the share price now is only $0.215. I think it's still considered cheap.
