Yes, 11% is pretty attractive.
see weekly chart, it is nice, near all time low, make money, give divvy of 11%. now lying low and wait to be pushed up.

This is available in SGX website about the company financial ratio. Last year divvy is 0.018cents or about 11% yield when taking 0.165 as share price.
