Quite sure if d outlets more than 2, then d satay is machined made one. Some stores also get their source fr satay retailers. Dun try. Nowadays, difficult to find d so-called OMO satay stall, normally setting up d small satay pit at one corner of coffee shop, with limmited stock only. Those are real good satay. But due to MOE intervension, those are d pass liao.

If convenient, u may try the home made satay stall, Fu Dao, 01-97 at Blk 51 Old Airport Rd. Its rival , Fatman  Satay, at 01-45 with good comments as well. Though did't state whether home made, but u can determine by looking at d raw satay. If every pcs is d same size n dimension, ha ha not hand made loh.

Lastly, but not least, if d store keeper using d bare hand to handle d raw satay n using d same bear hand to hold onion n cucumber, then better chow liao. Ha ha, mainly d new generation stomach is more susceptible to bacteria in raw foods.

.By chinese hor ?  I am very fussy chicken rice eater .. and love to venture new and nice chicken rice !! haha ... Thank you

BTW , Tong luk , esplanade , the one beside humble house , called humble space ? I think their chicken rice is lousy , given the great reputation of sam leong 's mother recipe, but chicken rice is bad. I do LOVE sam leong's food !! but the chicken rice is really lousy. The chicken rice's sauce are the same as those served with steam fish in chinese wedding or bandquet. Weird right ... chicken rice sauce must be unique like Boon tong kee or chatterbox rice type ... haha ...  that is all for my ranting.

My favourite chicken rice.

This coffeeshop stall behind Mustafa sells $3.50 per set, with veggie and solid soup with chicken feet/lotus roots/peanuts.

Rice soft and fragrant, unlike many stalls - too dry and difficult to digest.
