But apart from the charts reading... A capital reduction is actually a good sign / news right? I see that the counter open higher than previous close & it had gained +0.80 as of now. So a lot of people actually "acted on the good news"?

I have a uptrend channel, buyer can take this opportunity to enter a trade at the bottom channel @ 2.80

when is the year 2006 results will be announced for starhub? as M1 can show >7% profit gain compared to last year.. starhub should show even better results.. anyone collecting it now?
Starhub has been going up for many weeks on low, low volume and I am still riding it from 2.38.
In fact I 'argued' earlier in this thread about this low volume thing. And with low, low daily volume... I may take my profit soon.
Be cautious for tommorow.... the volumes today don't really support this large price increase.
It rose to an all-time high after Qatar Telecommunications said it would invest US$635 million in one of StarHub's shareholders to boost to expansion in the region.
Qtel said it would invest up to US$635 million in cash for a 25% stake in StarHub's shareholder Asia Mobile. The latter is controlled by Temasek Holdings, through ST Telemedia.
Starhub closed today at 2.63... rather unexpected...another 'miracle' has happened.
